The Cancer Institute at NYU Langone Medical Center is a world-class cancer research, education, and treatment facility. Their multidisciplinary teams of scientists and clinicians collaborate in investigating diagnostic methods and novel therapies for wide range of cancers.

The Ask
NYCUI asked Addison to create an annual report that rounding up a showcase of highlights, case studies and success stories that shed light on the progress the institute had made over the course of the year.

The Solution
The Institute doesn’t allow themselves to become lost in a single perspective, nor in one angle of attack. It requires many avenues of research taking place at different levels, many patients’ stories, and many strategies, to collaboratively map out the landscape for progress, even while closely exploring the landscape’s key details. For it is in the connections between the forest and the trees that we find inspiration to make the leaps that give patients hope.
