The Client
Ceres is a sustainability nonprofit organization that works to transform the economy to help build a more sustainable world. Ceres goal is to help solve some of the world’s most complex sustainability issues, including climate change, water scarcity, pollution and workplace inequities through advocacy and solution-driven leadership

The Ask
Addison had been working regularly with Ceres on a variety of projects, including their annual report. When their 25th anniversary came around in 2015, Addison was asked to develop a gala celebration experience that was celebratory, uplifting and inspired people to donate to the cause. I was the creative lead on the event space and design direction of the featured animated video.

The Solution
Kicking the project off, we pulled inspiration from the theme of that years annual report: The Future is Now. We then expanded on that idea by developing a series of pieces that featured a variety of “Did you know” statements that helped celebrate the last 25 years, but more importantly took an exciting look forward to the next 25 years.
